Flowy helps individuals suffering from anxiety and panic attacks by utilizing video games that teach and promote breathing exercises for immediate relaxation. The game follows the main character, Aegir, steer his boat through the sea in timed intervals that coincide with modeled breathing exercises. Flowy allows for anxiety symptom tracking based on a brief questionnaire (7 items) using the “Calm School,” and can be tailored to align with individual breathing speeds. The app can be used for children, adolescents and adults and is supported on Android and mobile devices (with significant feature improvements currently in development)
