Happyness is an Apple™ app targeted at users who need assistance managing problematic moods.  Users track positive and negative moods over time by having rating their mood at least once a day. The app then compiles these ratings into graphs to show trends in the user’s moods over time. Happyness also calculates the user’s average level of “happiness”. Users can set reminders to notify them to log their mood on a daily basis.
