iMoodJournal is an app designed to let users keep track of their moods and make connections to events in their lives. Created for all kinds of users, even those who have never been diagnosed with mood problems, iMoodJournal asks users to rate their mood every day. It also provides space to write down daily events and specify the emotions that are associated with the user’s mood. iMoodJournal displays these ratings on a graph that allows users to detect patterns and identify triggers. This is intended to empower users to make healthier choices and better manage their daily lives.
