The SARDAA Health Storylines app is an illness management product for people with schizophrenia. It was developed by The Schizophrenia and Related Disorders Association of America (SARDAA), which is a nonprofit advocacy group. The app is available free of charge. The app has a variety of sections designed to help improve self-monitoring and control of illness. For example, there are sections designed to track severity of symptoms, mood ratings, health vitals (such as blood pressure, weight and pulse), appointments and journal entries. There are also sections designed to collect and organize questions for health care providers, provide general information regarding schizophrenia, and to provide guidance on when to contact others for help.
