Mood Mint

Mood Mint is an Apple app that offers skills training to help users deal with anxiety and depressed mood. Based on a specialized form of cognitive therapy, Cognitive Bias Modification, Mood Mint is intended to teach users how to change their usual patterns of attending to their environment. It provides a series of exercises to train users to pay less attention to negative or threatening information and more attention to positive or uplifting information. This can be useful for preventing the automatic attributions that sometimes lead to mental distress.
