Calm is a web-based program and multi-platform app that provides easy access to the potential benefits of mindful meditation. Users can choose from a variety of free options in customizing their guided or free-form meditation breaks with Calm. The free trial version offers one session per day, from 2 to 30 minutes in length. With a subscription, users have access to a wider variety of customization options, focused meditation programs (for sleep, focus, or creativity, for example), and are no longer limited to one use per day. Calm is intended to be flexible in order to fit into a busy schedule, and it may be helpful in addressing mild to moderate amounts of stress or discomfort.
