Happyness is an Apple™ app designed to empower users to better manage their problematic moods. It allows users to easily track positive and negative moods over time by having the user rate their mood at least once a day. It then compiles these ratings into graphs that can reveal trends in the user’s moods over time. In addition, Happyness also calculates the user’s average level of “happiness,” which can be a useful way to establish a baseline that can be used when comparing problematic moods. All of this information can also be shared with doctors, therapists, or other healthcare providers to assist with mental health treatments.
