iCouch CBT

iCouch CBT is an Apple™ app that guides users through activities that can improve negative thinking. iCouch uses techniques based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help users learn and practice skills to change distorted thought processes that can contribute to mood and anxiety disorders. Users complete a step-by-step process for each problematic situation or event. It also offers a mood tracking feature to help users keep track of their emotions. iCouch CBT is fully customizable and can be used with or without the help of a therapist or other mental health provider. It has also been updated to include a mood tracking function. iCouch CBT may be an easy way for individuals to obtain some basic help with negative or distorted thinking habits, particularly if more traditional treatments are not easily available. Note: in addition to the CBT app, iCouch also provides a variety of tools for therapists. PsyberGuide has not reviewed or rated these additional features.
