My Trauma Recovery

My Trauma Recovery is a web-based program created to help users begin to resolve issues related to trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It offers information about PTSD, guidance for healthier coping methods, and resources for gaining support or seeking professional help. My Trauma Recovery asks each new user to complete a “self test” intended to highlight areas of current strength and weakness. It also lets users track their symptoms over time so that they can become aware of progress or obstacles in their recovery. However, this program does not appear to have been revised for some time, and users should be cautious when using programs without security updates.
