Pacifica

Pacifica is an app for all mobile devices and was created to address problems that stem from anxiety and anxiety disorders. Designed with the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Pacifica is divided into five modules that impart skills that can help reduce the intensity and frequency of anxiety, worry or panic. The modules allow users to rate their mood multiple times per day; learn and practice relaxation techniques, including mindfulness mediation; record and analyze thoughts during incidents of stress or anxiety; set wellness goals and keep track of progress; and engage in behavior experiments to test and apply new abilities. Pacifica also allows users to track changes in their moods over time. Newer features additionally let users connect with one another and create community groups to share knowledge, resources, and support (caution is always advisable when utilizing features like these, as the quality of the information or advice, as well as your privacy, can often not be ensured). Pacifica is likely to be a useful tool for users struggling with mild-to-moderate anxiety and who are looking for a convenient way to improve their lives.
