ReachOut WorryTime

ReachOut WorryTime is an app for all mobile devices designed to help manage anxious, intrusive thoughts. Targeted for adolescents, ReachOut WorryTime engages users in a simple coping skill for worry that is commonly used in Cognitive Behavioral therapies. Specifically, the app asks users to identify and describe their worry, enter them into the app, and then designate a time and place to indulge the worry; when that time arrives, the app sends an alert. In the meantime, users can set aside their worry and return to their daily lives. ReachOut WorryTime can be used with or without professional help and may be helpful for mild anxiety.
